Vendor Compliance Recovery

Supplier recovery for deductions, chargebacks and vendor credits

Upload a CSV or Excel export from your ERP. We flag the money you can recover, rate how strong each claim is, and draft the dispute or refund request. You approve every claim before it goes out.

Two ways money leaks

Built for whichever side of the invoice you're on

Most companies lose money in both directions: customers deduct more than they should, and suppliers get paid more than they should. Pick the side that costs you more and start there.

If you sell to retailers and distributors

Deduction and chargeback recovery

Upload your deduction log. The scan checks each deduction against your delivery, pricing and promotion records and tells you which ones to dispute before the window closes.

  • Shortage claims against a signed proof of delivery
  • On-time and fill-rate fines on deliveries that arrived on time
  • Promotional, co-op and billback deductions without authorization
  • Pricing claims when you billed the agreed price
  • Compliance fines (ASN, labeling, routing) that need the retailer's backup
  • Duplicate deductions and items close to the dispute deadline

If you pay suppliers

Overpayment and vendor credit recovery

Upload your AP payment history. The scan looks for money your vendors owe back and drafts the refund or credit request for each one.

  • Duplicate payments, including the same invoice keyed two ways
  • The same amount billed twice within a few days
  • Payments above the invoice amount
  • Invoices billed above the purchase order
  • Credit memos that were never applied
  • Early-payment discounts you qualified for but did not take

How it works

From spreadsheet export to approved claim

No ERP integration and no software to install. It starts from the export your team already pulls, the same CSV-first approach as Quote Recovery.

Export

Pull a deduction log or AP payment history from Infor, Epicor, Eclipse, Sage, NetSuite, QuickBooks or any system that exports to CSV or Excel.

Scan

Columns are matched automatically. Each finding gets a confidence rating, the evidence behind it and a deadline where one applies.

Approve

Review the drafted claim letter, edit it if needed, and approve it. Nothing goes to a customer or vendor on its own.

Recover

Send from your own email, mark it sent, and record what comes back so you can see recovered dollars over time.

Questions

Supplier recovery FAQ

What is supplier recovery?

Finding and reclaiming money lost in transactions with trading partners. For a supplier or distributor, that usually means disputing invalid customer deductions and chargebacks. For a buyer, it means recovering duplicate payments, overpayments and vendor credits that were never applied.

Do I need to integrate with my ERP?

No. It works from a CSV or Excel export: a deduction log if you're the supplier, or an AP payment history if you're the buyer. Any ERP or accounting system that can export to a spreadsheet works.

Is my data uploaded when I try the demo?

No. The demo reads your file inside your browser. The file is never sent to our servers.

Does anything get sent to my customers or vendors automatically?

No. Every claim is drafted for review. Nothing goes out until someone on your team approves it and sends it.

Which deductions and payments does it flag?

Shortages against signed PODs, on-time fines on on-time deliveries, unauthorized promo and co-op deductions, pricing claims at the agreed price, compliance fines, damage and return deductions, and duplicates. On the payables side: duplicate and near-duplicate payments, payments above invoice, invoices above PO, unapplied credit memos and missed early-pay discounts.

What is the free recovery review?

You send us an export. We run it, check the strongest findings against your documentation, and send back a one-page report with verified dollars, likely dollars and the claims we'd file first.
